Sun. Day 44 - Rest Day
Mon. Day 45 - Week 3 Day 1 T25 Total Body Circuit
Tues. Day 46 - Week 3 Day 2 T25 Speed 1.0 and 3 sets of 15 kettlebell swings with a 15 pound kettlebell in the morning and 45 minutes on the elliptical in the evening.
