Getting back on track....again....

I am taking another run at getting my health and fitness routine back on track. My goals are the same as they were in November....I've gained roughly 5 lbs in the past 6-8 months, and although it has been a struggle to find the time to exercise and cook nutritiously (hence the gain!), I have been finding my footing these past few weeks and am ready to take another go at it.
I've started exercising regularly over the past week or so, and will start tracking it as it motivates and keeps me moving in the right direction. For the time being, I'll skip tracking nutrition (lazy lady!), but if things aren't moving along within a week I'll add that to the mix - it always works!
* Burn 800 cals
* 200 fitness minutes
* 3 x cardio
* 2 x Yoga
* 1 x ST
Next week: Increase challenge of yoga classes (have been doing very gentle yoga of late to ease back in and to achieve other goals relating to mindfulness and energy.
