Straight Arm Push-down 6 Reps, 92 Reps, Volume 2,920 Lbs.
Reverse Grip Pull-down 6 Sets, 98 Reps, Volume 2,970 Lbs.

Totals: 24 Sets, 333 Reps, Volume 15,420 Lbs. 7.73 Tons. emoticon

Last Back Isolation exercise I did 12 Sets, 144 Reps, Volume 6,300 Lbs; 3.15 Tons.
