It's been almost a year since I've been active here. I did some amazing things in that time (ninja warrior! powerlifting!) but I'm ready to get back to basics (again hehe).
One of my 2015 goals is to do a powerlifting competition without having to do a water/carb manipulation cut the week of. That means I have to lose about 20 lbs.
The word of the week is FOCUS. My plan for this week is:
- Weigh myself on Wednesday, 2/18
- Use MFP to track calories every day
