OMG! It's sooo cold outside. Good thing I have exercise DVDs and space to do them. Granted, I don't always exercise for long but I'm starting a 10-minute a day streak and today was day one. I simply turned on the music and started dancing; the next thing I knew 10 minutes had gone by and I was done. Later I plan to do some stretching, especially with my legs as my calf muscles have been cramping up at night.
In my last blog I mentioned not tracking my food and wanting to at least put in my breakfast all week. I will put in today's after this blog but I have already recorded tomorrow's...Peanut butter & banana overnight oats. I'm looking forward to breakfast. AND, I have my lunch and snacks packed as well. I want this week to be as successful as possible.
