Tired and I know it!

So I haven't been on SparkPeople much. I started a two month Olympic Lifting class in January. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursday I take the Oly class and then do my normal Crossfit WOD afterwards and then do WODs on the other days. I've been taking rest days on Tuesdays and Sundays.

Since I started, I've been sick twice. I work with kindergarteners, so I get exposed to a lot of germs/viruses. I don't normally get sick this often though. I do get an occasional head cold, but I don't normally come down with fevers. I believe my body is tired and my immune system is a little weak right now. I love Olympic Lifting, but I'm ready to go back to one workout a day soon. Thankfully, I only have two weeks left. I'm going to continue to work on my Olympic lifts, but I'm going to have to find a different schedule when these classes are done.

Last time I weighed in, I was down in my weight. More impressively though I had lost 4.25 inches IN ONE MONTH!!! For me that is the true sign that I am making progress! I even had one of the new people at our box tell me she wants to have arms like mine...eek!

I love this! I love the people I workout with and who understand my Crossfit obsession, but only I can do the work for my body.
