Getting back on track!

Isn't it amazing how quickly we can let a little success put us into a false reality. I know that I have FAR more than 15 pounds to lose and after the 21 day fix and dropping that weight I thought I knew it all. I figured that I could just bounce in and out of the Combat workouts, miss a day here and there and be fine. NOT!!!
While I have not gained the weight or inches back, I am not moving forward at the speed I would like to be moving at. Bottom line is that I'm doing it to myself. I am missing that workout on Wed and there goes the rest of the week. I just posted this picture on my FB weight loss journey page and it really speaks to me.
How simple are these rules....Mondays usually are not my problem so I am adding "Never miss a Wednesday" to these rules!
So this week I'm starting day 1 of Combat for the next 60 days. I am meal prepping today for this week and I will get this together so that at the end I can be just as proud of myself as I was at the end of the 21 Day Fix. I want to be in the best shape I can be in this summer and to do that I HAVE to put in the work. Back to the basics of tracking and trying to blog as much as I can on here. It is hard some days, but really with the new Spark app I can do a quick blog as I ride the train home at night. My laziness has to stop and I need to get this party moving so that in 6 months when I'm laying on the beach for our family vacation I am overly proud of the work I put into ME.
