Cable Push Downs 5 Sets, 59 Reps, Volume 1,369 Lbs.
EZ Bar Close Grip Bench 5 Sets, 44 Reps, Volume 1,580 Lbs.
Changed up the routine with:
Overhead Extensions 5 Sets, 74 Reps, Volume 1,580 Lbs.

Total Workout 10 Sets, 184 Reps, Volume 4,289 Lbs. 2.05 Tons Ouch!

Cool down walk 15-Min emoticon
