And my weight is up again. Again, I'm losing and gaining the same 2 lbs.
I have some good non-scale victories. My clothes are fitting better. I'm feeling better. I'm getting back into yoga. I purchased a heart rate monitor and have been paying more attention to getting in more cardio. But I really feel like I am letting my team, and myself, down.
But, and there is always a but, I had some painful days with my back this week. I know I console myself with chocolate. I need to find something else to turn to. and when I do slip up, I have to record it accurately. That way I can know how much over I am and not be so surprised by the weight gain. although I didn't expect 2 lbs.
I have my yearly MD appt. on Monday and plan on discussing pain control. I have found a good balance for the nerve pain, but need to find something better for the inflammation and spasms.
