Day 9, 0, 200 and counting...
Really enjoying my carbs when I do eat them, since they are a treat now. Not missing soda, chocolate, or other sweets much at all. This is the most surprising thing! Tomorrow is the last day of this experiment. Then I will have some results. It looks like I will be down 1-1.5 lbs in 10 days. Seems like a lot of sacrifice for a lb, but I have to get this scale moving. There seems to be no way around restricting calories for me. No sugary foods and min simple carbs probably helps me cut cal somewhat. I have a stubborn set-point in terms of my new "normal" weight of 3 yrs.
