Fri. Day 43: Week2 Day 5 T-25 Lower Body Focus
Sat: Rest Day

I have been allowing myself way to many treats!! My eating was out of control not by eating too much food. My eating was out of control in that I was eating the wrong foods!! My food plan looked like this for the last couple of days: doughnut or sausage and egg biscuit from MickeyD's, not really eat a lunch but snack on chips or popcorn throughout the day, and then, one night I actually had ice cream for dinner. Last night I had a piece of fried fish and caramel corn. All the while still eating my fruits but hardly any vegetables. Whew, so, there you have it. The truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. YOU CAN"T HANDLE THE TRUTH! (that has nothing to do with my confession, I just always like to say it when I have the chance lol) Now that I admitted to my problem, I'm ready to tackle the problem. I'm making better choices starting TODAY!!

its funny how all the "treats" always seem to sneak in sooo easily but the healthy stuff we have to work at it to keep it going.

Well your not alone...I didn't so great yesterday and boy I didn't feel well either.

Firstly emoticon on your fitness and secondly emoticon on identifying a problem and not just that but devising a plan of attack!! emoticon We ALL have those times when we don't eat as well as we should but not turning a blind eye to it is the first step, and getting back on track the next!! You're well on your way!! emoticon emoticon

Honesty is the first step in starting a new healthier path! ....the good thing is all it takes is adding more veggies, fruits and lean proteins to your next meal. emoticon emoticon
