Any other Night shift workers out there?

I have been doing pretty good with tracking food and water. The difficulty I find is friday/saturdays. I get off work friday morning and if I don't have to go back in on friday night then I pretty much sleep the day away cause I have already worked a 12 hr shift and by the end of the week I am exhausted. when I do wake up I have all my calories in for friday and find my self sitting up most of the night/morning waiting until sunrise to eat again.Its hard switching on the weekends . So I fill myself up with water and try to distract myself from eating until daylight hrs.
The problem is I am waiting almost 24 hrs before I eat again.
My question is if anyone else lives this life style what do you do?
