Monday- Booty bootcamp class
Tuesday- Zuuuuumba glad I went I almost didn't go!
Wednesday- Strength training session, mostly arms, skipped yoga I had to help the boy make valentine's and I honestly don't think my arms could have handled an hour long yoga class.
Thursday- Bootcamp class and about 30 min of zumba because I knew I was not going to be able to go on Friday morning because the boy has the day off of school..
Fri, Sat, Sun- My goal is to get some sort of workout in sometime during the weekend, and drink my gallon of water each day, I really struggle with the water intake on weekends.
