A few weeks ago at work we had a health assessment for our new health insurance. According to the assessment my weight was 188 pounds. I weighted myself today and I weighed 173 pounds. The last two weeks I have been hitting the gym after work for an average of 45-55 minutes a day four days a week. It has been fun. I also have cut out pop, waffles and omelets from my diet. At work we have free waffles on Tuesdays and omelets on Thursdays. I have been eating breakfast every day. Usually hot cereal and fresh fruit.
I know that this weight loss can fluctuate from day to day. But it was so cool seeing it say 173.
Yesterday I tried a grilled Swiss cheese and tomato sandwich. I don’t like tomatoes but this was good and I ate the whole sandwich. I also tried the orange and avocado salad with raspberry vinaigrette. I did not think I would like the avocado and I was wrong. It was good.
