So I'm not sure this actually counts as a recipe make over but, more like an alternative to my favorite food, pizza! I love Mother Bear's (pizza), I can practically see it from my office window. Ok not exactly but if I went outside I could see it. I couldn't find exact nutrition information. My best guess for a small salad that includes shredded provolone, goldfish, and a massive amount of dressing and 2 slices of a medium cheese pizza is about 900 calories. Well that pretty much eliminates breakfast and dinner, only to allow for a snack if I want to stay within calorie range.
Salad and flatbread veggie pizza!!! The below I calculated at 450calories ahh an allotment for 2 other meals!
