Relentless day 42, Delts & Pecs Isolation Exercises

The two day's rest served me well. Got back to my exercise routine in good form. Weights are gradually being increased requiring more time to recuperate. Not being 30 years old anymore takes a bit longer to get going.
Warm up was a 30-min walk with my morning protein drink.
Front Deltoid Heads 5 Sets, 56 Reps, Volume 304 Per Arm; Total 10 Sets. 112 Reps, Vol. 608 Lbs.
Lateral Deltoid Heads 5 Sets, 53 Reps, Volume 280 Per Arm; TTL 10 Sets, 106 Reps, Vol. 562 Lbs.
Rear Deltoid Heads 5 Sets, 60 Reps, Volume 3,600 Lbs.
Pectoral Flyes 5 Sets, 73 Reps. Volume 3,385 Lbs
Total Isolation Workout 30 Sets, 351 Reps, 8,153 Lbs. A little heavier than a bag of groceries.
Cool down walk, 15-min.
