I'm feeling extremely stressed out and want to work out, but I literally have no time to tonight. Since I can't work out, I'm feeling really tense and stress eating. Trying really hard to keep it under control. It's so difficult on days like this because I do not physically have enough time in the day to get everything done and take care of myself properly. Planning to go on a long run tomorrow once I'm finished with my midterm and work.

    Walk in the morning when you wake up; First mix some whey protein with 16 0z of water. Your body sucks up the nourishment after a nights fasting & hydrates your body which also is badly needed. Drink while you walk; too cold outside? do a race track pattern in the house. emoticon Make excuses for exercising; not vice versa. emoticon
