I'm feeling extremely stressed out and want to work out, but I literally have no time to tonight. Since I can't work out, I'm feeling really tense and stress eating. Trying really hard to keep it under control. It's so difficult on days like this because I do not physically have enough time in the day to get everything done and take care of myself properly. Planning to go on a long run tomorrow once I'm finished with my midterm and work.
