Lowering simple carbs and eliminating sugary foods / drinks.

Day 5, 0, 200, normal
I am exercising, but keeping it moderate while doing this carb challenge. Did 65 min of yoga and 25 min of walking 3.3 mph yesterday. About me: age 42 yrs 10 mo, f, BMI 22.5, overweight 3 yrs. I was always skinny (BMI as low as 16.5) and athletic and then at age 39.5, I had a baby. I weighed only 130 lb when he was born at 5'9", but I gained weight quickly and steadily afterward. I am ready to ID why this weight is so stubborn and experiment with solutions.
