2-10-15 Day 40
Evening workout: Week 2 Day 2 T25-Total Body Circuit (I did much better than the last week when I only completed 15 minutes of the 25, this time I completed the whole 25 minutes, lots of modifications, but I did it.) Also, 20 minute cardio kickboxing routine from OnDemand TV.
Future Challenge: I have signed up to run the Rock N Rock Half Marathon in October with 2 friends that also run that live in 2 different parts of the country. We met years ago on another site and we're all about the same age, in out late 50's, early 60's, and we all run. We have been talking about meeting up somewhere and running a race together for years. Well, it's finally going to happen and I'm so excited! This gives me even more incentive to get in the best shape possible. And when I say shape, I'm not talking just appearance, I talking physical shape. By October, I plan, no, let me say it this way, I will be at goal weight, fit and strong! Watch Me!!
