Intuitive eating

I've been practicing intuitive eating, only eating when I'm hungry. I tend to eat based on time. Once noon hits I think I need to eat lunch and at 5 it's dinner time. But instead of eating like that I'm trying to listen to my body, not the clock. Going good today.
