Biked for an hour, eating half what I normally do, substituting water for soda, exercising at work, gained 3 pounds. I am freaking doomed. It is just impossible for me to lose weight. Not without starving myself. I can't keep up motivation when the times that I feel like I am doing the right thing I gain and my body aches. Stresses me out.
