My walks do help me!

Yesterday i got two walks on the treadmill done. I was able to deal with impulse eating and snacking. The scale was nice to me this morning. Walking really works for me. I watch what I eat so I don't lose the progress. When I don't walk it bothers me. Small changes to how I look and feel about nutrition, exercise and weight loss.
