Goals update

Happy Monday! I am pooped today... had a hard time falling asleep last night. But, I'm still here and kickin'! AND... I lost 4lbs last week! WOOO! I am falling way behind on my ST goals again... But I will work on that tomorrow before my run.

The end of yesterday was 28.5% through the month

10,000+ steps: 5/20 days 25%
Burpees: 51/1000 5.1%
Kettlebell Swings: 51/1000 5.1%
Lunges: 20/400 5%
Miles tracked on FitBit: 35.91/150 23.94%

I will work on getting my burpees, KB swings, and lunges tonight and pushing hard tomorrow before my run. It's a very lofty goal, but I'd love to lose another 9-10lbs by the end of the month. The only way I can possibly get there is through hard work! Gotta keep pushing!
