It's been a long time since I've been here. I injured my shoulder at the end of 2013, and it gradually got worse before I finally broke down and sought medical help. My doctor put me on activity restrictions so I couldn't exercise. I only recently got cleared to exercise again, and my shoulder is finally much better.
Without my exercise routine, I more or less fell apart as far as my nutrition and food plan. I'm being honest when I admit that I regained 3/4 of my weight loss.
Here I am, finally cleared to exercise again, and back in the game. I've been practicing yoga faithfully every day since January 1, and gradually adding some more activity (walking briskly). And I'm back on my food plan.
Since the first of the year, I've dropped over 6 pounds, so I'm hopeful that the rest will come off in good time.
I'm sharing for the accountability. It's another stage of the journey. And the journey is its own reward.
