What? No idea what that means.
IT'S RAINING! NICE. Gray suits me. And helps to encourage a cocooning … My job to keep it positive.

I'm not keeping my Self happy and buoyant on a full day basis.
I am not enough engaged.
I don't have enough contact(s) here in California.
ISOLATION for me…. invites my 'addictions' (hate that word use… but it will suffice).

Food… works as a substitute for friendship and activity.
It works but NOT REALLY.
"Dosing" low cal eating is better than eating hi cal… but it doesn't get at the ROOT

When I was in my sparking best …
I was off the hamster wheel
I was able to BE IN MY BODY (at whatever size)
Make the BEST

Hey… oh….
A clue….
Note to self… re-read the above paragraph….

warm and pleasant thoughts coming your way! hugs.

My daughter once said," I love the grey days because the sky looks more blue!" Maybe the gray days are designed so the sun looks brighter to us when it returns.

    Sending love. xoxoxo T

Well, if you've got rain, your not in my part of CA, otherwise I'd be up for a meet n walk. Cocooning days are rough on my food intake as well. Is there anything you can do that's all-consuming while cocooning? Like writing a short story? Writing a letter to yourself that takes 4 hours? I don't know...something that would absorb you so much that thoughts of the fridge or pantry wouldn't even so much as flit across your awareness.

Good luck! I'm going to try to fold laundry without ending up permanently stuck on the sofa.

Oddly enough, I think I totally get what you're after here. Not sure what that says about either one of us...
