I am not a morning person- at all. I know the benefits of early am exercise- but I just can't seem to get myself out of that nice warm cozy bed.
BUT this morning- I did it- yay!!!!! I got out of bed at 6:30 and pedaled on the stationary bike for 25 minutes before work.
This afternoon I will do JIllian Michaels after I get home from work. ( I missed yesterday's workout).
