I had two sessions today as the weights are increasing. The circuit training above was in the morning plus a 15 minute cool down walk afterwards.
For the evening session the following:

Soleus Raises 3 Sets, 90 Reps, 10,800 Lbs.
Total evening workout; 6 Sets, 180 Reps, Volume 21,600 Lbs.
Total Leg workout; 26 Sets, 380 Reps, Volume 44,030 Lbs. 22 Tons
I'm coming to an end of isolation exercises & for next two weeks I'll be working on Compound Exercise Routines that will incorporate a few isolation exercises as a supplement
