Input please? Especially from Fitbit users!

OK... I have been really sticking to the plan and staying withing my goals for over a month now. For the past four weeks... nothing. Not exactly nothing. I amtrying to stay positive about feeling stronger and feeling like a look somewhat leaner... but the scale is just not budging.

Not happy with my scale. Even my body fat measurements are temperamental. Down one day, up the next, for a net total of.... NOTHING!
So... This is what I did:
1) I notice that Spark always tells me I can eat way more than my fitbit tells me to eat. Even so, I rarely meet my calorie requirements even though I am eating on average 1800 calories a day. Never fewer than 1500. Rarely more than 2000. I am definitely creating a calorie deficit.
2) I adjusted my Fitbit settings to "hardest." That means creating a 1000 calorie deficit daily. This way, if I do go a bit over (like yesterday I was 169 calories over on my fitbit but about 370 calories UNDER according to Spark) I am still at a healthy deficit which should lead to a loss.
3) I am focusing on drinking my water throughout the day... Not just drinking a lot at one time or waiting until I get thirsty.
4) I am keeping with my exercise regimen. It works and I feel happy with it. It doesn't overwhelm me and I do only what I enjoy! Zumba, walking, pilates. During the winter - shoveling!

Sound good? Would love input on how to supercharge this thing!!!!!!

I find spark gives you too many calories. So I would pick a range and stick to it. I think weighing yourself every day is too stressful. Weigh in weekly and follow how your clothes fut. I wish I knew the answer. It is an imperfect world. emoticon

Wish i could help! I've been having problems with my SPAT not uploading, but changed my battery tonight and it seems to be okay now. Could you possibly need a new battery?
