Its a conspiracy

I've been weighing myself daily. I know my weight with fluctuate but I just wanted to see what was going on.
And all week my weight has been creeping back up! I swear its my scale plotting for me to have a higher weight on weigh in day.
Seriously though, I have no idea why this happens. I don't see any trends in my diet or exercise routine that would cause this. My sodium intake hasn't gone up. I haven't started any new exercise.
if this continues, I'm changing my weigh in day to Wednesdays, because that seems to be my lowest weight each week.
I know as long as my weight is going down over time (weeks and months) that is what really matters. But it bugs me.
But I'm working on letting it go.
