Jelly Legs :)

Friday, February 06, 2015

I went to the body pump class at my gym for the first time today. The instructor was great and I am thankful for nice "classmates" who helped me set up as I was a bit lost. The class was tough, but I made it. There was only one exercise in the end that I can't do yet, but I'll get there. I'm walking funny because my legs feel like jelly. LOL. I'll be back for the Monday class. :)

I've always been intimidated by that class, Heidi! Glad you went though, and had helpful classmates! That can always make a big difference!

Isn't it weird when your legs feel like that? lol I remember mine feeling like jelly after I started working out to Insanity. Jelly and hurting like crazy.

How great is it that you went? Mega-great! I'm thinking of going to one, soon. Looking for when they hold a class with a certain instructor who doesn't care if my knees won't squat the way they are supposed to and doesn't mind if I do a lot of modifications. I'm so happy for you and your "jelly" legs...soon they will be awesome legs of steel!
