Calling all runners....... I need help!!

Happy Thursday, everyone! I hope everyone is having a great day. I have a questions for all of my runner friends out there. I am having a heck of a time with my calves. They are SOOOO tight because of my increase in mileage. I have tried stretching, foam rolling, but nothing seems to work. When I squat down (think squatting like when you are at the grocery store looking at something on the bottom shelf) I feel like my calf muscles are going to rip right out of my legs.
My run last night was so painful and I kept thinking my legs were going to give out, they kept buckling from the pull. I did find out towards the end that the faster I ran the better they felt, though I was still afraid of falling on that treadmill because of the weakness I was experiencing. Does anybody have any kind of miracle trick/stretch that works?!
