The 90 Day Journey - Day 34

Day 34: The hardest day so far!!! emoticon
Week 1 Day 3 - T25 Total body circuit, I only made 15 of the 25 minutes. OMG, this was a hard and intense workout. I stopped at the spiderman-plank-burpee intervals. Yes, you read that right! Maybe one day, but not today!!! So, I started do a cardio kickboxing routine that was on Demand TV. Made it through 15 minutes of that! What the What!!! Anywho, I ended up with a 30 minute workout. 30 minutes is better than 0 minutes. So, I'm just going to rest up so I can be back on top of my game tomorrow!

    hey I think you did great on your exercise...spiderman-plank-burpee sounds real hard....hey as long as you get the exercise in who cares if it two half done exercises

    emoticon at the picture and emoticon on your workout!! You are sooo right 30 minutes is better than none!! I know how bad that Total Body Circuit video is so I can understand doing only 15 minutes!!! emoticon I hope you can do better tomorrow!! emoticon emoticon
