Day 34: The hardest day so far!!!
Week 1 Day 3 - T25 Total body circuit, I only made 15 of the 25 minutes. OMG, this was a hard and intense workout. I stopped at the spiderman-plank-burpee intervals. Yes, you read that right! Maybe one day, but not today!!! So, I started do a cardio kickboxing routine that was on Demand TV. Made it through 15 minutes of that! What the What!!! Anywho, I ended up with a 30 minute workout. 30 minutes is better than 0 minutes. So, I'm just going to rest up so I can be back on top of my game tomorrow!
