    Even on the road you can bring bags of carrots, bananas, hard bread (think Wasa sandwhich) and some cream cheese to put on there. Maybe a can of tuna or makerel in tomato sauce? You don't HAVE to have that hot cocoa. Drink tea instead. Or have something else that you know is actually good for you. You see we deserve to be healthy. Our bodies deserve to be treated better than what we are currently doing. I'm glad that you keep trying!
