First day on new program

I managed my first day on my new program.
Meal 1: spinach shake
Meal 2: 3T pumpkin seeds
Meal 3: beef and vegetable soup
Meal 4: 1 sliced cucumber
Meal 5: poached trout with swiss chard and mushrooms
Meal 6: 1 dill pickle and 1 tomato basil rice cake
