...I won the fight.... with myself. My day was thrown off by having to take my mom to the airport this morning... so it was tough getting myself to get my workout in after I got back home. But I did it! That puts me at day 1 of working towards my goals this month. At 10.7% through the month...
10,000+ steps: 1/20 days 5%
Burpees: 36/1000 3.6%
Kettlebell Swings: 36/1000 3.6%
Lunges: 0/400 0%
Miles tracked on FitBit: 6.63/150 4.4%
Not a huge jump on things, but my burpees and KB swings are going to be increasing quickly so those numbers will start jumping. Lunges are on the schedule for tomorrow, so things will start shaping up here!
