Plan C and then D

A friend told me I might have a plan C and D. Did not get to weight train as planned too much do for family. So plan C was to try to at least get to bed early and as you can see that did not happen. So plan D is to get at least 5-6 hours sleep and that may happen if my cat does not come up to me at 3am whining in my ear. lol

    And the cool thing is, when we get to the end of the alphabet,
    we can always start over with Plan A . . .
