Low-sugar day 1

im doing my best to not eat added sugar, only have had 7 grams today, and I'm proud of myself. I've eaten 2 servings of fruit and some carrots which has taken care of my sugar cravings for now! Hopefully I can stay strong when it's the end of the day. Right now I'm feeling great though!
