Not only did my boys, my dear Seahawks, leave me depressed and distraught today, but I also messed up. I was SOOO close to my ST goals this weekend. Like, would have finished it up in 5 minutes with no problem on Saturday. So why didn't I? I was hung over. BAD. It wound up being a big drinking weekend for me... and I let myself down.
We finally had people over to our house after moving in over a year ago. And I wound up drinking too much. It was all of the sugar that really left me hung over. Needless to say, I didn't move much on Saturday... and thus, did not accomplish a single goal of mine last month.
I also did not weigh myself this morning, because I knew after the Super Bowl party yesterday I need a day to let my body reset before I touch the scale. I'm back to it today. So, here are my February goals, as well as a look at how things are going for my quarterly goals.
First Quarter Goals:
Get house organized (complete ABFOL 14 week challenge) **Fell off the wagon here, but plan to get back to it this week**
Complete Hot Chocolate 15k **Training, race is March 1**
Pay for Huskies tickets with cash (no credit card charge)
Pay off my credit card and half of LOC **This won't happen, but my credit card should be paid off by the end of March**
Strive to meet 10k steps 5x/week **Still striving... need to work harder at this**

Getting anything done today is going to be a challenge. I am in such a funk. After the Hawks loss, the dreary weather, and having to work 11 hours, I'm just not wanting to go home and get on the treadmill.
Either way, I am looking at February as a fresh start. Football season is over which means my weekends are more freed up. It means no going to the bar to watch the game. It means I can really get on track. I will weigh in tomorrow and continue pushing to make February a very successful month.
