Plan B

Today went well. I was planning to get up at 4am and go walking, but -9 degrees is just too cold and too risky without a partner, so tomorrow afternoon I will weight train instead, not as good as walking, but it is better than nothing.

    When I lived in warmer climates the purpose of having a treadmill, stationary bike, skier, stepper, trampoline, weights, stability ball etc all seem like too much. Now that I live in colder climates (I so relate to the -9 with 5-8" of snow) I am so thankful for the investments. Is there a "walking" mall nearby? If so, check their hours to see it's conducive to your needs. When in a pinch, at 6 am, there's not foot traffic in the larger stores, i.e., Walmart, Lowes. emoticon Yes, I've done that! emoticon It's called Plan A-Plan Z. Push come to shove, high knee running in place either to music, the news or that show I wasn't going to stay up to wake so I recorded it.

    I don't go out in subzero temps, either. My Plan B today is to set up the Gazelle Glider and do an abs workout with some dancing in between. I set my timer for 40 minutes of correcting/research then do 20 minutes of workout. Less time on butt! Have a great day!

    Good luck on figuring that out! Just when you do, it changes again.

    Anyway, Plan B??? I must be on Plan G or H by now.
    But that's okay. . . . we just can't quit.
