January 2015 Results & February Goals.

Woohoo, January was a very good month as far as weight loss, best I can remember in quite a while. I started a new medication for my diabetes, a weekly injection (Tanzeum). It seemed to help with bringing my BS in good control, that plus being more diligent with my eating made a difference.
Here's how I did with my January goals:

*Being consistent with water intake of 10 cups daily emoticon
*5 Daily servings of Freggies emoticon
*Work on creating a sleeping pattern of 7 hours minimum nightly emoticon
*Walking daily , reaching a weekly goal of 120 minutes to reestablish a workout program emoticon
*Reach a weight of 181 Not only did I meet this goal, I surpassed it to dropping to 174.7 emoticon
*Limiting Frozen dinners which are so high in sodium & preservatives. emoticon

Now for February goals, I plan to:

*Continue water intake of 10 cups daily
*Continue packing snacks & lunches from home for work rather than ordering out
*Strive for 7 hours of sleep each night
*Adding short bits of exercise throughout the day to add up to 30 minutes per day x 5 days
*Continue losing to reach a goal weight of 171

February will be a great month indeed, emoticon
