it's a new month

1/12 of 2015 is behind me. along with 13 lbs.
i'm up to walking 3 miles at a time, so i'm back to where i was last summer. it took a while. i don't feel like i can take the credit for all of that, because a lot of it is just being on thyroid drugs to replace what my body doesn't make. i CAN take credit for faithfully taking my pills every day, and doing what i can to get healthy.
i've been mostly sugar free, with occasional treats. emoticon no where near december levels! emoticon emoticon emoticon i've also been wine free. that helps, too!
i hope things continue to improve physically. it's going to be an interesting year, figuring this new thing out.
