My weight was up a little. As I said, I think I'm bouncing around the same pound or two. I lose it one week and gain it back the next. I wish I could be surprised but I'm not, I haven't been consistent.
I started using the rebounder more today. And tomorrow I think I'm going to pick up a heart rate monitor to make sure I'm hitting my goals too. As I said previously, I just don't think the walking is giving me what I need. I also need to get back into strength training. I'm just having difficulty fitting it all in now that I'm trying to do my physical therapy twice a day. I'll work it out, i just need to find the balance.
Have a doctor apt in a few weeks, plan to talk to her about better pain management. I also want to get back to 185 before the appointment because that is where I was last time I saw her.
