My weight was up a little. As I said, I think I'm bouncing around the same pound or two. I lose it one week and gain it back the next. I wish I could be surprised but I'm not, I haven't been consistent.

I started using the rebounder more today. And tomorrow I think I'm going to pick up a heart rate monitor to make sure I'm hitting my goals too. As I said previously, I just don't think the walking is giving me what I need. I also need to get back into strength training. I'm just having difficulty fitting it all in now that I'm trying to do my physical therapy twice a day. I'll work it out, i just need to find the balance.

Have a doctor apt in a few weeks, plan to talk to her about better pain management. I also want to get back to 185 before the appointment because that is where I was last time I saw her.

    You can do it!!! I, too, am losing and gaining that same 2 lbs from week to week. It's frustrating especially since we're on a challenge to lose weight. But I'm looking at non scale successes to help me. Like the fact that I feel better or that I've noticed my face seems a tad thinner. It will all come together at some point!

    You'll get it right. Don't worry about the pounds, focus on the other aspects of fitness. It's all in the mind emoticon emoticon
