Rockin' Body Workout with a Sexy, Sexy Man

Saturday, January 31, 2015

Sounds very...appealing, yes? Hahaha!

When I can't get to the gym, or sometimes even on days I do go to the gym but find myself with extra time and energy, I do Sensei Guillermo Garcia's Martial Fusion style workouts. One in particular that I like (because it is not too high intensity for my joints) is his Rockin' Body workout. Lots of side knee lifts, punching, (I love punching!) and some little sexy latin dance step moves here and there. His accent and Latin good looks aren't half bad, either. emoticon

I've done this workout once this week and usually do it once or twice per week. You work up a sweat and your heart beats faster. You feel accomplished after. What more can you ask from a workout? The hot instructor is just a bonus. Posting about the workout and a picture fulfills my blog requirement for the San Antonio team's Involvement challenge this week. I thought writing about a workout I love would be something that might interest others, as well.

Oh! You don't have to buy the video if you want to try the workout. If you have Time Warner cable in your area and Fitness on Demand, you can find him on there. Youtube probably has some of his stuff as well.

As always, I love you all.
Never give up. Never give in.
