I read it rinses the liver and gives a weight loss to drink Water that has been boiled
and put in a Thermos every hour ½ dl
And I heard in the radio and read that it is good to stop eating anything at 7pm
The Water thing is for maximum 3 months it said.
I eat sensibly and have found that the boiled Water takes some of the appetite.
I started yesterday..

January 31st : This night my stomach ached because of hunger. I went out of bed and ate some cheese and half a banana. Yeahh - Not eating after 7 pm - I don´t know what to say

    I find drinking a hot beverage helps keep the empty feeling away. You can do decaff coffee or tea or herbal too.
    Not sure about stopping eating after 7 even though I don't snack after. It said on Spark that our stomachs don't know what time it is and metabolism food just the same no matter the time. I think it has to do with interrupting our sleep. What ever ; )
