Making these changes REAL habits

Many say that to make something a habit you need to do it for at least 21 days... Ok, so I have been eating right and exercising for about 29 days. As the time passes I can easily see how I felt back each time but I am still being careful to not get comfortable. It is so easy though!
It is easier to heat up a frozen packaged meal than it is to make you own dinner... It is easier to sit and watch TV than going to the gym... So now I have to rely on that part of me that has not received enough credit My WP (Will Power) , yes WP! You who keeps pushing me to make these new habits permanent... You who told me today that a salad and grill chicken was the best choice... You who a lot of times does not get the recognition because it is constantly being ignore by other noises...
What noises? Well, they all come in all forms, the people that look at you weird because you are the only one having salad, your husband who does not understand why you are switching to Gluten-Free... Your friends who now see changes in you but at the same time look at you with pity (not intentionally) because your metabolism is not as good as theirs.
So it will take more than 21 days to make these changes habits and my WP will be there and I will do my best to listen and give him credit every time.
Tomorrow will be challenging, after work we are all going for dinner and drinks... I can do this, I just need to ignore the looks and the noises around me and take care of me.
Looking forward to a day when people recognize that eating healthy is not a "thing" you do but a lifestyle choice that needs to be respected as such.
