Really helpful site for custom strength training workouts

So I've been having a hard time incorporating different workouts for the ten minute strength training part of my 4 day/week workout sessions. Then I found this site called workout labs that actually allows you to build your own PDF printable workouts that target specific muscle groups and you decide which ones you feel are easiest. You can select multiple muscle groups or lower body groups or upper body groups to target specific areas. Anyway thought I would pass it a long because I really enjoy it!
Also I FINALLY understand the cable pulley machine - you know...the giant machine at the gym that makes you look like you such at life in general because you can't figure it out and everyone in the gym is looking at you like you're about to break it? One of the girls I work with is a fitness guru and she told me if I get too scared she'll come show me but she also gave me a really good link to learn how it's used!
