All last week I thought my scale was lying. Well it turns out...it was NOT! Had my first meeting with my personal trainer last night after being on his eating plan for a week and lost 7.5lbs in 7 days! I don't think I have seen such a drop in weight since I was a teenager first starting out on Atkins!
He must have said "I'm really proud of you" about ten times - then ended it with a fist bump. Can't say how excited I am! Who ever said the max per week is 2lbs?! Let's hope I can get a few more weeks at that rate and if I start to slow I'm ok with that but this is giving me HOPE!
If there's anyone out there that has a similar case to me (overweight for a long time with decent eating habits but unable to lose) feel free to private message me and I can give you additional detail on the plan he has me on. It is listed in a previous blog post but I can offer some additional input/replacements.
This is REALLY working and NOT a diet! Let's just hope I don't end up self sabotaging.....more on that later maybe?
OH! and P.S. I have lost another inch off my waist!
