Weight Gain or Loss - it's My Choices

Know your own body. When I eat over 2000 calories in a day, I put on 2 lbs. When I eat only 1500 calories and the SP Tracker says that I have consumed all of the nutrients properly [code for eating a balanced variety of foods], then I lose 2 lbs. It really comes down to my choices. Today my journey to a healthier me is Day #555
