I will track before I eat, and stay within calorie range all week. I will complete all required Tiger workouts along with an additional 100 minutes this week.
Track meals and snacks before eating. Use my HRM to keep CO/CI as accurate as possible
This week I had a change in schedule, which threw off my routine. I will be focused and stay in calorie range, complete workouts, and check in to the Jungle routinely.
SET a non scale and Scale goal.
NS Goal- Track before meals and snacks
Weight Goal- 2lb loss
This will be a successful week!
