Staying on track and keeping with the program.
Did Pilates this morning and heading out for Zumba tonight so I had some carbs with my dinner - Made a really yummy pasta bolognese!
Plan for the rest of the evening? Zumba, shower, bed! Maybe some hot lemon tea...
